Automation micro balance method covers the measurement of the adsorbate in situ

Abstract

For quantitative measurement of adsorbate coating quantities during the growth of thin f ilms widely used method of a quartz microbalance. This method consists in measuring the resonance frequency shift of a special quartz resonator, which depends on the mass of the adsorbed substance on it. The developed system for automated measurements of level of cover when zoomed, the odds-thin films in situ. The automated system allows you to automatically make measurements, thereby eliminate the influence of gross errors (blunders operator) on the measurement results.
